HELP I CANT FIND MY SERVER!

i just bought a minecraft server off of Wickedhost and when i try to login to multicraft it says that user name or password was not right what do i do i spent 20$ on that server and i want to know how to access it please help

Your best option is to contact the people you bought it from. They should offer support. If they don't, you shouldn't have purchased it from them.
