HELP!!! Impossible to solve boot loop!!

Okay so I have an aversion aspire e 15 touch, and it's pretty crapped up and it has been because I can't use it because of this boot loop. I've followed everything, like resets and setting manual. But it keeps on going... HELP

Hi,

Did you notice anything abnormal about the laptop before you started to experience the boot loop?

Try these steps:

• 
  Remove the battery and hold the power button for 1 minute.
  Enter the BIOS and reset it back to default settings.
