I have Foxconn G33M02 Motherboard installed in my Dell Inspiron 530 Desktop. Currently, it has 300 W Power Supply. I want to upgrade my GPU and may need a larger capacity PSU. I want to ask what is the max. power this motherboard can hold ? i researched on net thoroughly, but couldn't find any info . please help me !! :)

Solution
Does not matter. It doesn't depend on the motherboard. Please make sure your case can fit the new power supply before purchase.

As much as you want. You cant find anything online about it because thats not the way it works the power supply only sends however much power is needed to the motherboard. So basically it doesn't matter how many watts your psu has the motherboard is only going to use whats needed so it has no max capacity.

Those are REALLY bad graphics cards... Like they are not even capable of playing modern games.

You don't need to upgrade the power supply to use the video cards you mentioned. But I would also suggest against them unless you want them for basic use. They would be horrible for games if that is why you are looking ot upgrade.

You fell into the trap of asking the wrong question, instead of asking about the power your system can handle what you really wanted to know is what video card you should get for your system based on what you want it to do and your budget.
