(help!) My ASUS X550D Laptop Won't Charge but the LED Light Is Flashing?

I recently bought a brand new ASUS computer, not even two months ago, and I'm having issues. The other night I was away from home and my laptop shut down because the battery reached 0% and I didn't have access to my charger. When I came home to plug it in, the led indicator stayed black. Eventually after letting it sit I noticed every minute or so the led was flashing Orange-Green-Orange then off again. I'm wondering if anyone knows what this means or if there's a way to fix it? Help please!

Pull the battery as well as wall power, Let it sit for a minute and put the battery back in. Plug it in and give it a shot.
