hi im using acer aspire v5 windows 8,my HDMI cable is currently connected to my HDTV and the HDMI port is enabled, but still no sounds coming out from the tv, just visual no audio,audio is coming out from my laptop

In the Audio Device Properties have you changed the default Audio Device to the HDMI port also?
If not do that and check the Audio Levels too.
