Solved! Hisense Tv media1&2 won't respond. NEED Help!

I have a Hisense TV. The Media 1&2 sources Wont respond. If I click Up, down, left , and right buttons , the tv doesn't respond. Other buttons work. NOW I can't select. I want to watch movie on my tv using USB! But the Media 1&2 source won't work. I need help! I have no Idea how to fix it.

Its quite hard to debug if we have so many missing variables.
Please check if souce can handle the HDMI + if cable works (on another device),
also do you have any other devices you can check ?

Playing movie from USB stick on TV has nothing to do with HDMI.
You have to select media playback from USB flash drive.

I have a Hisense Tv. Today I tried to plug my phone to my TV to watch movie. I plugged it on the media 1. The TV read it and named it USB 2.0. Now the problem is I can't select Video because if I click up,down,left and right button it doesn't respond. But if I go to menu and tried using up and down buttons , its fine. The problem same goes to media 2. What's causing it? What's the problem. Please help me! Why up , down ,left and right button don't work on Source Media 1 & 2.
