how can I get sound Technicians have been here 5\6 hrs no sound on regular Tv only HD LE40S50E

The technicians should be able to diagnose and fix the problem, as it is appears to be an issue with their connection or your cable box.

Try unplugging the cable box from AC for a few minutes, plug it back in and let it reboot. Works quite often.
