do you know where the files are located on the hard drive? did the scanners give you the location?

Boot to a USB drive with Linux installed to it (Use Rufus to extract the ISO file to the USB drive)
boot to linux, open file manager, mount the hard drive, browse to the location of the malware and delete it.

Linux mint is easy to navigate, and is my personal preference.
