How can transmit signal from my outdoor antenna located in my apt balcony to my TV set less than 25 feet? I do not want to run cable across the room.

You can't. You either move the antenna, the TV or run coax. Those are your choices. You can get white coax so that it is less noticeable.

Get a audio video wireless transmitter for HDTV most will cover any room in house and one remote under fifty dollara

AV wireless transmitter is useless with just an antenna.
You could put a tuner in a convenient location to connect the antenna and send that over wireless HDMI or AV (no HD with AV) to your TV. The transmitter would also need to handle IR so you could change channels.
Another option is to use a Tablo tuner which send the signal to the TV over your network.

Overall running an RG6 antenna cable makes the most sense even if you have to hire someone to run it.
