How do I connect A Logitech Harmony 350 remote to my Panasonic HDTV 1080i?

I just got this Tv but it came with no remote, I went and go get one and they only had The Logitech harmony 350. SO I got it and now I'm trying to connect it with the tv, but i can't

The Logitech remotes are programmed via the Logitech website. Connect it to you computer via usb and go to their site to register and program it. Make sure you have the make and model of your TV and any other devices you want it to operate.
