How do I get this out of my email?

Every time I try to write an email to anyone, the Bing search engine is in the text box where you type the email. I try and erase it, but I can't. It is very hard to write emails because of this.

How do I get rid of this, and how do rid my computer of "bing" for good?

I had to use imagevenue because photobucket doesn't work for some reason. Click on the thumbnail.

Has this always happened? You using some free email service that does this? Uninstall the Bing toolbar if you have it?
