How do I open the CD/DVD drive Model PSCBWE-0D000NEN.

I can not open the side slot to insert a CD or DVD. Can you please advise of what the procedure is?

Is there a page available to show me the keyboard to help me to understand the keyboard fully.

Open My Computer --> double click the CD/DVD drive, should pop it right open.

Went into my devices, double clicked on the CD/DVD and nothing happened

Found by chance an area on the side of the CD slot and pressed it. It is a tiny little area, incredible!! Anyway, I did it but would love to know if there is any other way of ejecting the slot. This particular method is a real hit and miss

Open My Computer --> right click CD/DVD drive --> choose eject.
