How do I report that my phone is being hacked

I keep receiving text messages from different numbers asking me to update device and update wells Fargo acct. I know for a fact that it is not authentic . How do I get it stopped and report it

Block the numbers, and contact the fraud department of whatever service they are claiming to be.
If it gets bad, call your service provider and get your number changed. Thats what my dad had to do.
