How to play burnt off movies on blue ray system

I have a blue ray surround sound system and I have movies on my pc that I can see on my computer but when I try to burn them off they won't play in the blue ray system

That's because the movies on your PC are probably in some compressed format like DIVX, and unless your video player supports that, it won't play.
