how to reset bios in vaio vpcf136

hi everyone.
i have vaio vpcf136fx/b and i want to reset bios by taking out cmos battery. my question is how to reach to cmos battery in my laptop.plz help me with tips and step by step help.
and the reason i want to reset bios is that my laptop is not turning on with battery after sleep and hibernate mode but i can turn it on with ac power, this happened to me 1 week ago and someone fixed it by reseting bios for me,,

ty for ur tip.but i did these ways..i think i need to take out my battery as last way.. i need to know how to open my laptop and where is the cmos battery in motherboard

if you entered bios and loaded defaults that's the same as removing battery to reset it...

i did it , but didnt work. 1 week ago this happened to me and i gave my laptop to a place for repair..they told me we reset the bios and it worked ,when i turned on my laptop time was on 2010 , but now i load default and that didnt happened . i think i need to remove battery or idk
