How to reset my WD passport ultra. I forgot my password

I forgot the password of my device and I need to use it. I don't mind erase everything inside. I have changed my computer so I don't know if I need to get any driver or that sort of things.

Go into disk management, choose the disk and format it.

when i click on the disk with the right bottom it doesn't offer the option to format it.
