Look in device manager. What does that say ??

In device manager, Samsung tv simple is visible. Device type is monitors. But I am not getting sound in TV.

I didn't install any video card. In my another laptop HP probook 4530 computer is supporting video & audio in samsung TV. But HP pavillion 2000 is not getting sound. why?

But does the laptop have HDMI?? If it does it needs video drivers which will install HDMI audio drivers

In my manual book is guiding that set S/PDIF as a default audio playback device. But S/PDIF is not available in that port. What to do?

But did you install the video drivers for the HP Pavilion 2000 if youre using an HDMI cable?

Well look for the video drvers on the HP site. if theyre not installed

Go to the HP then type in the serial, or whatever it needs to get the drivers
