HP mini 110-3000 purchased, how can i make it better?

What is the maximum processor for HP mini 110-3000. Currently I have N540 but I really need to upgrade it since I couldn't make clear Video calls in skype.

If that's an Atom N540, then chances are that you can't upgrade the CPU nor the graphics. If you're lucky, RAM and storage can be upgraded, but the chances of the CPU and graphics supporting upgrades is slim to none. You almost definitely need to buy another computer if you want something better.

If you just purchased it, return it and get something better. Not much else you can do.
