Hp probook 4320s shift keys stop working(not the sticky keys problem)

I have a very strange problem with my keyboard. both shift keys have gone mad. randomly they stop working(most of the time they don't work). the problem is not on windows, since i have the same problem entering the bios password. the only keys with this problem are shift keys, all the other keys work perfectly. and the stranger part is, sometimes if i move the laptop the keys work just one time and then return to not-functioning. what's more, when they are un-functional, sometimes if i press "shift + [" or "shift + ]" or "shift + \" it kinda works.
any suggestions would be appreciated

same here. i bought my probook 4320s in riyadh, ksa. im finding ways to fix this problem or better take it to HP service center.. whew.. please anyone help us.
