HTC 10 is not so smart

HTC 10 is stuck in a boot loop does not set pass the HTC logo before it reboots have tried to start in boot menu and kidding I have the HTC one max as my backup phone and the 10 worked perfectly then it got stuck in stupid any one with ideas on how to make it smart again thanks

Try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load. If it does, while it will have limited access, that will tell you that the problem is software rather than hardware. So I would then check the phone for bad apps, viruses, malware, etc. and remove anything found, then restart the device. If it won't start up, even in "Safe Mode" then you either would need to do a "Hard Reset", which should always be a last resort as it will wipe the phone, or it is a hardware problem.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the phone.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until...
