Hi
I have a client who has a O2 XDA II PDA and we are having prroblems getting
it to sync. It is running Microsoft Pocket PC Ver 4.20.0 (Build 13252)
The server is a SBS 2003 Std with ISA installed as a caching proxy server
The PDA used to sync via Activesync in the cradle and IMAP over GPRS. The
client let the battery run flat and now I can't even sync it in the cradle.
I have reset it to factory. I have checked and rechecked the settings, and
compared it to another PDA on this site and all appears ok. I have tried the
cradle on two pc's with the same error. I have had it sync once over GPRs
but havn't been able to replicate that one yet.
I have tried the PDA on our exchange server, and it appeared to work fine.
As said above, I have another PDA working fine on this site (It is the only
other one there)
I have tried using mail.company.co.nz and the internal LAN IP address, SSL
and no SSL
The error is HTTP_407.
Can anyone shed some light on this very annoying problem
Thanks
