I can open Netflix and Prime Video but not Hallmark or PureFlix?

I have a 2017 65” Samsung Smart TV. All of a sudden I can open my apps for Netflix, Amazon prime but not Hallmark Movies Now and PureFlix. When you try to open them they do nothing.

Are these apps have been opened and used before? I believe there is a subscription for these apps.
