I can view pictures on my sd card on the camera but not on the computer what cou

I just took three pictures on my cell phone. I pulled the sd card out and slid it in my computer. The old pictures are showing up fine, but the three new ones that i just snapped i dont see them at all. Why?

Sometimes after so many images a new folder will be created in the DCIM folder(on my D90, i know it is a camera, but yea i have 100NCD90,101NCD90,102NCD90 folders). Could it just be that? OR if the card was full maybe they images went to phone memory. If that is the case, connect the phone to the computer and see if you can get then that way..
