I can't update my Kaspersky database tried almost everything didn't work

my Kaspersky database won't update i have tried by changing update source,i have tried turning off widows firewall,etc
i think its connected to this problem that mystartsearch becomes my default new tab, homepage and search engine

start system in Safe Mode with Network, download and install Malwarebytes. Make sure to uncheck the trial version option for the full protection.

start Malwarebytes and perform a full scan on the system.

mystartsearch problem seems to be solved but kaspersky database problem is not solved

check if your Proxy setting is enabled (it should not)

Open the control Panel.
Double click the Internet Options.
Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
The check-box under Proxy Settings should be unchecked.
