I have $600, Let's buy a Laptop

It's Tax Return Season and I have $600 to spend on a new laptop. Help me pick something that will last. I have an Xbox One, so i don't really game much on PC. I watch A LOT of videos, check emails, social media, shop online, ect... so, what's the best out there for under $600?

You may want to look at some convertible laptops for your use, MS Surface Pro (likely prior gen in your price), Lenovo Yoga, ASUS Transformer. Screen flexibility would work well for videos, you can adjust it however you want it or remove the keyboard fully. Or a tablet with a keyboard like an iPad.
