i have a latop asus it wont turn on every time i open it go to a blue screen that say recovey pc repair when i turn it off turn it back I press f9 it send me at the same thing it don't want to reboot I don't know what other way to fix it back

Please refer to this thread as this should help you with your concern. Just setting your expectation worst case scenario is PC will need to be reset to factory but only your software will be deleted.
