I don't think the Android version in that tablet has an easy way of doing this. You may need to be a little adventurous and root the machine then add a Custom ROM. It should have 4Gb of internal storage - is that all in use? Have a look in Settings (the cog icon) then More, then Storage and see how much free space you have.
