I have an ASUS X553M Laptop. Its keyboard doesn't work even external keyboard. And it has install windows problem.

This laptop has keyboard problems. The keyboard doesn't work. Even the external keyboard doesn't work. I can't boot to windows normally, it gives me this error: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." I can't do anything because the keyboard doesn't work!!! Please help!!!

Wow I have the exact same model and mine is doing the same thing!! I am trying to revise and I don't know what to do, I can't type anything at all. It also keeps typing things in my password box and then I can not clear it.

can you boot from DVD or USB? if you can, you can reinstall windows

sure. what are your system specifications, or make and model and the version of windows you were running? that will determine what we need to do.
