I have bought a new vizio Tv but my tv and the direct tv box are not connecting in any condition even though i changed my hdmi

I have bought a vizio 55 inch Tv and i have cable box of direct Tv.. i tried connecting the it with hdmi wire infact bought a new one and tried connecting but my tv doesnt dispaly any message of the cable box. It always says “unsuported mode” i tried checking with all three hdmi’s ... is there any way out?

You could try rebooting the DTV box while connected to the TV.
DTV support may be able to help.
If you can try the box on another TV or the new TV with another source that would help pin down were the issue is.
