I have purchased philipse 3D Blue ray 5.1 player BDP2180. It has only one HDMI out and one Co-axial output, co-axial output is optical or what, how to connect from this to amp, is it 5.1 audio, what kind of amp i should buy.

Co-axial will not carry the 5.1 sound if it is the cable/orange connector so you will only get 2 speakers in stereo. If it is an optical output it will give you 5.1 sound.

Easiest solution is to buy your 5.1amp with an HDMI in/out. Connect the blu-ray HDMI to the amp HDMI input and the amp HMDI output to the TV.

The amp will pickup the 5.1 sound and then pass the picture onto the TV. as they are in a chain.

It will also allow the stereo sound to reach the TV incase you don't want to use the surround sound.
