I pressed the button where you turn off your samsung tablet but mines wont come on when i did that

I tried pressing the home button and everything but it even come on and i didn't shut it down

Did you try hitting the power button again? Or holding it in for a few seconds? Just tapping the power button should just turn off the screen. Holding it in would turn it off.

My T320 (Galaxy Pro 8.4) wasn't turning on, but holding down the power button for about 30 seconds got it working again.
