I shot video with a cannon 5d set on NTSC with a recording size 1920X1080 and then edited the video with Final Cut Express. My Quick Time videos play well on my Apple, but will not play on my PC. What settings should I use.

If it's not playing at all, it could be the codec. If it's playing but is jumping or being slow, then it is a hardware problem. When exporting from Final Cut Express, try exporting in H.264 format, and download VLC Media Player to view it on your Windows PC. It's free and beats any other media player.
