I turn on my pc but I only see the logo and nothing else after that

When I tried to restart my pc,like get rid of all the unnecessary files it said that failed so it tried another option and then another etc. So at the end I decided to quit and so I clicked on go back to windows 10 and a minute later a thing popped up where it said press f12 to continue or another option which I didn't bother reading and then it just showed the logo another a black screen without a cursor or anything please help
