IE throws 'Can't find File' prompt

Whenever I start IE, I get 'Cannot find C:\Windows\Secure32.html' error message. I tried resetting my home page to my website, http://theIndianMBA.com but the change doesn't get saved, and I get the same prompt again and again. Please help.

Secure32.html is part of SpySherriff.

It would be a very good idea to run a scan for spyware and other malware. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is highly effective:
