Interesting problem Lenovo Idea centre stick

So here's the issue. I'm trying to connect this stick to work on my Samsung lcd tv. When i do connect the PC to the TV the picture comes up but in the middle of the screen it says the "no signal" message.

So my question is, how to I get rid of this message?

Also, when I go to select the source it will pop up but then disappear quickly over and over again.

The TV is sort of old but I can't see that being a problem. I've tried updating the TV firmware and the pc's and also adjusted the settings. This PC will work on other tvs. Just not this one.

The stick pc is Model 90f2 and the TV is un60eh6003fxza

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which settings did you adjust? Have you tried playing with the resolution and refresh settings on the TV for that input?

Try a different HDMI input. They should all be the same but often aren't.
Try to relieve any stress on the HDMI jack caused by the weight of the stick. If you have an HDMI extension try that.
Try changing the order that you boot the stick up and select the input.
