Internal memory pictures won't transfer to computer

Hello,
I can't transfer the pictures from the Internal memory of my Kodak Easyshare C913 to computer...the pictures from my memory card still transfer okay. Please can anyone suggest a way to rectify this problem?

Need exact issues, with error message, how you are transferring, what you tried already, etc... Is the camera storage seen by the computer when you plug it in?
