Hey guys, I have these 2 laptops that I'm looking to buy, and I was wondering if the preformance increase is actually worth the price increase.

Here is the Toshiba ($969.99)

It has a 4th generation processor and 16GB RAM, which is very nice, and It is also packed with an Nvidia 740M.

Here is the Asus ($1275.99)

It has a 3rd generation processor and 12GB RAM, with an older but more powerful Nvidia 660M.

I am kind of worried about the lower ram, older graphics card and older processor, but are these things to really worry about? Or are these real things that I should be concerened with? Which one would you buy?

This laptop may also be an option for me, but I'm not sure if it is worth the extra $530 from the toshiba.

Asus ($1499.99)

Very nice, but does not have a 1080p screen like the other 2.

Thank you!

Depends on what you're using it for. The GPU is important for gaming, less so the CPU and RAM. If you want to do professional work, the (slightly) faster CPU and extra RAM is often useful.

sorry about that, I knew I forgot something, it will be used for some heavy games, like Black Ops 2 and Battlefield 3.
