Is the Windows 8 reset option enough to make sure my deleted files are unrecoverable?

Hello, I am selling my laptop which runs Windows 8.1. I want to be sure that my files can't be recovered by the future user. I just started the Windows 8 Refresh as described on the microsoft website (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc), and chose the "Fully clean the drive" option. I just want to know if there are any other measures I should take to make sure no one can recover the files, or will is the windows refresh tool enough?

I'm just really cautious about this because I just recently discovered how easy it can be to recover deleted files and I had some very sensitive personal info on it.

Any answers are appreciated, thank you.
