If it truly is a blown driver, then your best bet would be to send it to the manufacturer. If it is a torn/split cable, that is a different story. Depending on how confident you are with a soldering iron and how nice of a cable it had to begin with, you may be able to solder on a new cable as a temporary fix.
That is what I had to do with my Shure E5's from their inherent cable rot. Soldering on a new cable lasted long enough for be to get a new pair of IEM's.
