It says incorrect password....can't sign into Facebook, e-mail.... How can this be fixed

When I try to sign in on my email, Facebook it says my password is incorrect. I have tried to reset password but when I type in 6 digit code they sent it still won't let me reset it! Same results as before!?? HELP!!

I have the same issue. It was fine 24hrs ago! I try to recover account-takes me to password reset then to a blank page and nothing happens. Nothing I do works. Also says I changed my email address and I didn't. Says to click link to send another email but it doesn't. So frustrating.
