J1 Ace and S5 predictive text killing me.

Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone can help me with my predictive text problem that is on my S5 and newly bought J1 Ace Neo.
The problem is when I type something the predictive text works fine but when I make a mistake and erase part of the word my predictive text starts at the first letter I then type and completely changes the word. This is driving me insane. If you guys don't understand I can post a picture (first need someone to tell me how though)

I get what you are saying, unfortunately that is the way it is set up. There is no way to change that one single aspect of it.

Depending on the app you are using it in (email, text, etc.,) it should give you a list of words to choose from, unless of course you have turned that option off.

Otherwise the only way around this is to either turn off the predictive text completely (either for that one use or for all uses) or type what you wanted, then go back and fix the errors with predictive turned off.

Personally this is why I just turn it off completely. It never types what I want.
