keyboard stopped working beacuse of device manager uninstalls

hello I have unistalled all drivers from control panel>device manager > Universal Serial Bus Controllers. and now my keyboard doesnt work in windows, but it works on computer startup, how can i make the keyboard work again in windows? Its a simple standard usb keyboard
 
Solution
Try to go to your motherboard manufacture website and installing chipset drives and usb drivers.

You may have to use another PC to download the drivers and transfer them over to your system via thumb drive.

Going to be hard without able to use the keyboard/mouse in windows.

He said "but it works on computer startup". Nothing about the mouse not working either. So if that's the case, if should be able to either use keyboard for a few seconds to install or use the mouse to navigate to the drivers and install via double click.
