Laptop 25K(max) - browsing, programming and photoshop

I was using samsung laptop. It died.
I have to buy a new one.

Please suggest me.
No games.

It is mostly for photoshop (not heavy work) and browsing
Can i get a touch in 25k price range?

If the exchange rate I looked at is correct then that is about 393 USD (give or take a few cents). Hopefully that will help at least get this started.

It depends on the intensity of the programming and photoshop as these are very demanding things, The laptop you have mentioned is ok if you are a beginner and don't mind waiting a bit for programs to compile.
