Laptop CPU (i7 6700HQ) reaching 100 degrees! What should i do

I own a Dell Inspiron 7559 i7. Recently i decided to bench it. I noticed that it reachces 100 degrees. It doent even thermal throttle.

Bad thermal paste, maybe? I'd contact Dell, if it's still under warranty. How old is it, and when was the last time you've cleaned out the fans?

Its four months old and i cleaned the fans, didnt help.
