Laptop doesn't works after cleaning&reassembly (Asus K53SV)

In need of a help regarding the title,

Disassembled my laptop to clean out the clogged up dust (done a few times already before, without problems, unlike now) after reassembling all i got is:
-Blank screen, fan not running
-Leds blinking up at power on as expected (also, power and numlock led stays on), HDD is running too

Another symptom is, if i switch it off, it automatically switches on again a few sec later

It was days ago, since then, i can only look at it, as its a whole mystery what could have gone wrong..
Any ideas?

Are the RAM chips in the right order? The one with 8 banks should be on top and the one with 4 should be on the bottom. Other than that you could try disassembling it again in case anything wasn't connected properly.
