Laptop is stuck in boot, Help!

Help, 2 weeks ago i went into the msconfig and checked off " No gui boot " and disabled some services including a few dell ones. Once i reset my laptop, it was stuck in boot. My laptops screen is cracked and ive tried all I can to connect it to my tv but it just wont work. My laptops model is A Inspiron 5748 upgraded from windows 8 to windows 10. Im still able to get into the bios, and I was wondering if someone can tell me what buttons to press to factory reset the laptop to its normal state, please help. Any help would be appreciated.

Note, Im stuck in the boot, ive waited a full hour and when I came back and press F2, it put me into the bios.
