Laptop Screen Compatibility

Hello there i want to replace my laptop screen and i want to know what things i must check to find a compatible screen.

My laptop is an HP Compaq 6730s that it has an 15.4 ccfl 30 pin wxga screen.
And i want to know, is all other 15.4 ccfl 30 pin wxga screens compatibles?

yes it happens to fit as i am aware of(have done it 3/6 succesfully), but keep in mind that different screens might differ to their pins(power req.etc) so you basically can try this if you have any spare laptop screen but it is better to buy the exact same screen for your laptop

Thanks you guys just for confirmation i ordered this one ( http/www.ebay.co.uk/itm/371464677147?euid=fdc9834bda8149b6b35698a9353fe086&cp=1&exe=12742&ext=32470&sojTags=exe=exe,ext=ext ) and mine is the LP154WX4 (TL) (AB) all specs are same except the model numb also they are both LG-phillips from the "LP" writen in the model numb, so i think it might not be a problem eh?

well i bought a screen that have a 30 pin conector (and all other features like mine except that it is glossy and mine was mate), but its more thin than mine, i pressed (not easly) my cable in and its in now, is there any possibility if i turn on the laptop to burn something? (when i m saying burn i mean to make any damage in the screen board.)
