LAPTOP still slow after cleaning laptop

My laptop is still slow after gave it to a computer expert for cleaning.
Any solutions would be very helpful.

No I know my HDD is fine. Do we need to apply a thermal paste after cleaning fan?

Cleaning will only speed it up if it was having heating issues.

What does like to happen to laptops is their HDD's start to die and this causes a lot of hanging. You could upgrade your current HDD to a Samsung 840 Evo, and it would likely solve your problem.

However, I would definitely run some disk check utilities.

My laptop is new its not old but still there are lags during Gaming. I think there is no problem with my HDD.
