laptops internal keyboard not working

My samsung r528 laptop internal keybords tab or both shift key not working .
Whel it work by useing external usb keybord ,
Having windows 8

Have you installed correct, updated keyboard drivers for your specific OS?

You can try to uninstall the keyboard driver in Device Manager, then reboot the laptop and see what happens with those keys. If they still will not work, the keyboard may need to be replaced.

If there is an BIOS + EC firmware update for the laptop, the EC firmware update might help.
