Latop power circuit repair

hello, I have a motherboard with water damage and i was able to find a burned diode just with the visual inspection, after replacing it, now powers on only when the battery is connected, but doesn't not charge it, also in the windows system "thinks" to be only running on the battery (full battery icon) but its not true since the battery is just discharged and the power cord is plugged in, i was lucky to find the schematics but I'm stuck and I don't know what to replace...

Hi, which diode did you change? What diode did you put in place? Can you measure voltages on the motherboard?
